Extra batteries buy hours. They do not buy a second hot leg.
A second pack is how a two night fridge tank becomes a long weekend. It is still 120 volts. The well pump does not care how many modules you stacked in the hallway. This page is the expansion map for the three stations we already name, not a second set of product notes.

Day one is a tie: about 2 kWh on all three cores. The families part at the second purchase. Read this after the solar generators hub and, if the fridge is the job, after fridge runtime. Full station notes stay on their own URLs. This page is only the add on.
What a module actually changes
Watt hours go up. Runtime on the same 120 volt loads goes up. Floor space goes up. Weight goes up. The inverter does not. A 2,400 watt BLUETTI is still 2,400 watts with a tower beside it. A 3,000 watt Jackery is still 3,000 watts. Owners keep saying they bought the extra pack after the first outage taught them the door open hours, not because a brochure promised a house plant. Spec sheets that print a ceiling are a promise of more tank. They are not a promise of 240 volts, central air, or a well.
If a 240 volt load is on the must list, stop here and go to the Anker SOLIX F3800 or a standby generator. That is a different aisle. This page stays with the three featured 120 volt stations.
BLUETTI: the printed attic

We do not have a dated street price for the extra module itself that we trust enough to print, so that cell stays blank. Check BLUETTI’s live page the week you buy, including whether the expansion cable is in the box or a separate line. A ceiling you cannot order through the storm season is not a ceiling. Stock has moods. Owners keep saying the second battery is the purchase you make after one real outage, not before.
Anker SOLIX: double the core, half the attic

Four kilowatt hours is a longer weekend of fridge, router, and lamps. It is not 8,192 Wh, and it is not the F3800. If the house later needs 240 volts, that is the cabinet in home batteries, not another C2000 pack.
Jackery: a named pack, no printed ceiling
The Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus grows with the Battery Pack 2000 Plus, a real name you can look for. The core snapshot names no ceiling figure, so neither do we. Floor space is part of the spec
The AC200L core is 62.4 pounds. The Jackery core is 61.5. The Anker core is 41.7, and the extra pack makes that light station story a two box story. A battery you can reach with a flashlight in one hand is a plan. A battery behind the Christmas boxes is a story you will tell later. We do not have dated module weights for every pack on this page, so we will not recite them from memory. The live manufacturer page will say. Walk the hallway before you order the attic.
Panels do not replace a second battery
A folding panel puts daylight back. It sleeps at night, which is when the fridge is still cycling. Extra watt hours cover the dark. Glass covers the day after. Buy a module if
- The first outage already taught you the 2 kWh tank is the short night, not the long one.
- Every must load is still 120 volts.
- You have floor space that stays walkable in the dark.
- You will check live stock the week you buy, not a screenshot from spring.
Skip the extra pack if
- A 240 volt well or dryer is not negotiable. Modules will not grow that leg.
- You have never run the core through a real night. Buy hours after the lesson, not before.
- The whole house has to impersonate the grid for days. That is an engine: standby generators.
